Let’s Connect

Participate

This book isn’t backed by a large marketing machine. It spreads through word of mouth, carried by people who believe the next generation of organizations should be designed for human development, not control.

To reach as many readers as possible, this is an open project. In a spirit of abundance, I aim to share the ideas, tools, and frameworks generously, without tight restrictions. Others are welcome to participate and contribute, even if I don't know the form this will take yet.

If you feel called, I warmly invite you to join. I’m curious to hear your ideas for enriching and spreading the book!

Ideas

Entrepeneurs & leaders: If you know a leader who might think differently about their team because of this book, send them a message. A simple nudge can make a big difference.

Success stories: If you had any success, share your story! Write an article, record a podcast, or simply post an update on LinkedIn. The best way to spread more purposeful ways of organizing, is by showing it works.

Your own tools: If you created slides, a workshop, a Notion setup, or any resource based on the book and you'd like to share it with others, reach out and I'll see if I can add it to the website.

Networks for good: If you're part of a community focused on societal or environmental transformation, I'm open to offering the digital edition to members for free.

Blogs, podcasts, events: If you host one or know someone who does, I’m interested in joining as guest author or speaker.
