The purpose of this book is to design organizations that excel because of, not despite, their humanity.

This book isn’t backed by a large marketing machine. It will spread through word of mouth, carried by people who believe the next generation of organizations should be designed for human development, not control.

To reach as many readers as possible, this is an open project. In a spirit of abundance, I aim to share the ideas, tools, and frameworks generously, without tight restrictions. Others are welcome to participate and contribute, even if I don't know the form this will take yet.
